A 1km run? As in like a 6 minutes run? That`s hardly a workout.
But I like the idea of a big dynamic stretching session tho. Wish I had time to do the same.
But do you mind explaining why you want to do complexes so much? What goals are you trying to achieve with them?
Also, what`s your main goal? Getting fit for muay thai or just for fitness` sake?
