Mix up your cardio on a treadmill, I switched it up between interval training and 8 k runs, 45 sec on at 10, 3 incline, repeat 5 times, however i find sometimes the most tiring thing is just sparring, sparr 5 rounds, fresh guy in after every round, you should have better cardio in no time, if not, than ur not human
