You aren't going to produce noticeable aerobic adaptions in a week, no matter what you try. Do some runs and get your body used to exercise again, but there's no need to do two-a-days in the hope of getting in better shape.

When you do go back to class, focus on relaxing and breathing while you roll, rather than trying to muscle your way in and out of things.
