It could be that you're not breathing right. Sometimes when the pressure's on in sparring I'll tighten up and hold my breath a bit when throwing hard strikes or attempting a takedown. Really pay attention to your breathing,and try to relax. I like to throw everything about 70%,so you always have a bit more to pile on when you need it.

You probably should supplement your class work with something else. Talk to your coach. I supplement with medicine ball work,light lifting,and some cardio 2x per week. Train Kickbox/MMA 5x. My cardio is improving.
