If I'm understanding this correctly, you're doing conditioning drills the 1st part of class and then KB and rolling. It sounds to me that your relying only on your training in class to keep you in shape. In order to increase your fitness capacity,you should be doing a strength training workout 2-3 days/week. The more you expend during the week the more your body will recupe with greater muscle reserves. Don't forget to get enough calories, water, sleep etc...
