Alot of you guys a great athletes so balance training might seem like a waste of time but it's not. Here's an example: A couple of guys recommended doing pistols (great exercise), try doing pistols on a balance disc or bosu. What happens due to the shaky surface is you get more firing of your leg muscles, making them work harder, increasing the intenstiy and increasing your nervous system's communication with the brain. I guarantee that if you can do numerous pistols on a disc or bosu and you do them on a flat surface again, you'll rock out on the flat ground. This will translate into better manueverability in the ring and take down defense if you've one leg grabbed. LAte
