Help me choose a mat for my gym
I want to add an MMA mat for my home gym. I will be doing basic wrestling and BJJ on the mat. Maybe some throws eventually as I get better at them. I have been searching this board for two days now about them. I have a lot of good information but just need a little help making a choice. The mat will be lying on smooth concrete so I need something anti-slipping. If I have to put something under the mat to prevent slippage I will do that. I would like a 12' x 12' mat or 10' w/e.
