Figure out what the problem actually is.

Interesting things to know might include:
1. What your resting heart rate is
2. What your heart rate looks like at the end of a hard round of rolling/kickboxing
3. What your heart rate is one minute after measurement #2

If #1 is high, you might address the problem differently than poor recovery (#3).
