Looking for cardio help.
I train 5 days a week. I roll, I wrestle and I kickbox. I do a lot of conditioning drills and I do fine during the drills, but then when I roll, kickbox and wrestle I get tired very quickly. I've been training MMA for about 4 to 5 years, I have my purple belt, but I've never been able to get my cardio right. Does anyone have any suggestions?
