You have a lot to learn man...
I'd suggest reading through all the training related forums (S&P, conditioning, diet, etc.) and their respective FAQ threads before you take that class.
To be honest man, your "workout" is really wimpy. I'm not sure how difficult your class is but I can guarantee you if that's all you're doing then you're gonna have a rough time when the instructor puts you on a strength and conditioning circuit.
At least try to work some burpees into your regimen
