what you weigh now?
I'm thinking that I'll follow TD's advice and try bump the carbs. I started calculating stuff again (thank you dragonfire)
Gonna follow White Lightnings diet for a while -
Lean Mass Gain + Fat Loss = Carb Cycling. Bumping up my carbs a fair bit.
I will have high carb days on bench/OHP days, and mod carbs on the other day (I will go to a 3 day split)
My high carb days will re-introduce 1 cup of oats to my shake and toast again with my other meal.
Moderate carb days I will just cut the oats from the shake. Toast will remain. 1 extra protien shake to meet requirements.
Low carb days will be absent of PWO carb shake obviously cause there is no lifting, and no toast. So pretty much what my diet is right now is my low carb days. 1 extra protien shake to meet requirements.
I am looking forward to eating like a man again, and going after that 240kg deadlift. Fuck deficit lifting.
fuck my belly too, I hope it goes away though ahhahaha.
This is the 'fat loss' diet from White Lightnings excel spreadsheet, NOT the muscle building. So, this will be interesting.
