Lift heavy weights and put in 20-40 minutes of LSD a couple times per week. How intense a workout is depends on the individual anyway. Run at a pace to where you can hold a conversation with someone. Yes, it will seem slow but progress will be made in a few weeks with consistant training. The purpose of LSD is to increase how much blood your heart can pump out to your muscles. The more blood it can pump per beat, the less it needs to beat which means a lower resting heart rate. The longer you can keep yourself going, the more calories you will burn. As long as you keep your lifts heavy and dont do LSD before your strength training you will be fine.
