Debatable question...
I hear different stories all the time. I just want to get to the bottom of this.
I hear some people say Cardio is not good for losing weight. I also hear the opposite of that; if you want to lose weight you need to do mad cardio.
I've also heard that doing cardio while bulking up isn't good either. That makes more sense.
I'm just wondering if someone could clear this up for me. The last thing I want is to be doing the opposite of what I need to, all because I got some bad advice.

I also need advice on high intensity excercises that I can do at home to help shed unwanted pounds. Such as burpess or something like that. Something that works and works fast and well.
