I come in and run like 5 kilometer in 20 minutes sometimes i go for 8 , do some cross training for 10 minutes then get a barbell with 10 kg a each side and do 5 sets of squat , military , barbell row , deadlift , stiff legged deadlift and that for 10 reps and 5 sets , then go back to cardio i'll do 6 hill sprints on the readmill after that 50 burpees and a 2 minute wall sit , go back in the weightroom for some rope pulling , weighted dips and weighted pull/chin ups , after that core training and cooling down .

Is this any good or should i change abit?
just core training what does this consist of since your workout will challenge your core quite a lot. I'm no expert but it seems to complicated i would spread it out training cardio, muscular endurance, strength and all the rest seems like it would be more benifitial to have days for each.
