foot conditioning

sounds stupid but the first thing that goes for me during a long-run or jump rope routine is the bottom of my feet, the arch. i have unusually high arch and have seen foot specialist for cushion etc.. but still hurts. pissing me off cuz its stopping me from doing conditioning properly. any suggestion?
