I'm 6'1 and fight 170
Just an example
IMO it doesn't matter that much but I will tell you I was a lean 208 about 2 years ago when I was eating whatever I wanted and doing 5x5 and then I walked around at about 190 for the last 2 years 10-12% bodyfat and I always heard I should be at 170 and I decided fuck it I am going to try it, I fight this saturday and I am currently at 177-8.
Basically my point is you will be surprised at how the weight will come off I haven't been in the 160's since middle school and this saturday I am going to weigh in at 169.9 so if you really want 155 you got it, but it's hard and takes a lot of dedication in the diet area.
