After all the buzz over Roger Gracie's wins in the Mundial's i have been taking in everyone's tips on the Cross Choke thread, and also watching Demian Maia's Science of Jiu-Jitsu 2 (Attacking From the Mount).
So, I went in to class and started showing some of the stuff to one of my fellow blue belts and my instructor decided to get me to teach the whole class, hence why this video is taught by me and not my instructor. So you will have to excuse the quality of the instruction on this one as I am only a blue belt.
