I've had Time Warner...I have AT&T U-Verse now. Their "Free" HD upgrade is basically built into the cost. On top of shitty service, horrible internet, and Pay Per views that constantly fuck up, I don't know anyone in their right mind who would want to put up with them.
Only thing that I wouldn't mind having is Versus, but that channel sucks ballls if the WEC isn't on. Bull Riding and bass fishing is way too extreme for my tastes.

I've never had a problem with Time Warner's customer service, internet or their Pay Per Views messing up. I used to have Charter now that shit was awful. the internet was always out and I could never order a ppv broadcast. Everytime I would order one it would never work and then I would have to spend 45 minutes waiting for the Charter customer support who would barely understand English and just say that too many people were trying to buy the PPV and that their system was crashing.
Never had a problem buying a UFC PPV with Time Warner. Although their prices are high their service has been good for the most part.
