Instead of forcing Time Warner to accept BOTH your channels in a package and forcing them to carry HDMovies on their pay tier, why don't you offer them HDNET by itself and negotiate a fair price?

Honestly HDmovies is a useless channel and not worth it for them to pay a premium price for and they have a limited amount of "pay tier" hd channels so its pointless.

If you truly want your channel to be viewed by Time Warner Customers I am sure you could unpackage your channels and negotiate individual rates.

Time Warner is not going to pay a higher rate to have hdnet on their free hd channel line up and your hdmovies on the HD tier. Not worth it.
