Awesome information, what sucks is that I don't think there is anywhere near me (I imagine many who live near a large city are in the same boat) to get pastured eggs. I've dug around for farms but the closest are grass fed beef/lamb/etc.
How long would they keep in the fridge? I'd have to buy in bulk to make the trips even remotely sane.
