Yea, I know they merged with Tap Out but that was because they were starting to push a larger line as well as go into another phase of their business plan. I think there is a lot of speculation as to what is going to happen next but I can't see them going out of business especially when manufacturing just moved back to Cali. I don't know but stranger things have happened, we'll see what's next for 2009.
