His striking has always been sloppy, but his pace and aggression made it effective prior to snapping his arm. Cutting to 205 is a non-issue. Coleman has been weighing in at around 225 in his most recent fights. Cutting less than 10% of bodyweight is nothing for an life-long wrestler. He can likely cut that weight just through diet and electrolyte manipulation without ever stepping into a sauna.


Are you on drugs? Losing muscle and water at that age is very demanding to your body. 205 and 225 are two very different weight ranges and at 46 to lose 20 pounds is suicidal when fighting someone like Shogun who fights naturally at 205 anyways.
