Honestly the only thing that really bugs me about fighter pay threads is that most of them are just Anti UFC bullshit.

Most of the threads are bitching and moaning about how Fighter A makes only 50,000 a fight when fighter B(normally Lesnar now a days) makes 500,000 a fight. As if 50k base plus sponsors is somehow barely enough to pay the bills now a days. Frankly speaking People say they want Fighters payed more but it seems like every time a fighter they don't personally like makes more then their favorite fighter its blasphemy.

That and all you have to do to understand that fighter pay is going up is look at the fighter Pay for Pride 33 (the last real Big show for Pride) where Wanderlei Silva made 400k and their MW champ Hendo only made 20k...everyone else cept Gomi make only 10k and zero bonuses. Back then it was seen as good pay too.

Now a days the average fighter makes 20k if they arnt on the undercard and top billed stars can make over a million a fight if you include bonuses which are huge in the UFC.
