At the end of the day there is a lot of people losing their jobs today, they should be happy because they have one. And again Im not trying to be an as shole, Im just not that kind of boss, Im fair and nice but I dont baby people who work for me.
I hardly baby them and the meth thing was a running joke because people have made it in the past.

These people that work under me find the money to get me something every year whether they can afford it or not. They always pitch in to buy me "Captain" something so I have always reciprocated by doing the same. I don't look at it as if I owe them something. It's just a gesture of goodwill and seasons greetings. I'm sure some of them wont be happy with there reviews I give them but why should that get in the way of the spirit of the holidays?
