yep, but what I would do is actually a tri color guard with all of the colors of the Irish flag, it's more practical and do something like a design in the center such as a shamrock or a grenade. Kind of like Marcus Davis has or you can put 2 different designs. The design is up to you or you can just stick with the plain 3 color guard. I just prefer doing something original each time that way your happy and no one else has one like it, just like a tattoo, you don't normally go into a shop and pic one off the wall unless you tweak it a little bit.
