Forgot to tell you Dizzy that I can make them but I need a registration (not in Bite Wax or block) and I need a good upper and lower impression but I have made them before, the same goes with patient's with braces. The cost is high though and I honestly don't have any pics to show you. Also you can do an upper with holes in it so that the upper extends well below the occlusal surface but you still need the same materials as stated previously so that I can articulate the guard.
