As you stated it is very difficult because of the bite plain but it is easy enough to do, the major problem is most MMA fighters don't want a double not to mention the cost associated with one. The person that makes the best doubles is Ryan at Guardyagrill but he requires that he see the patient. Most individuals don't know how to do a bite plain or registration because of the material and lets face it, wax just doesn't do the same job.
