I work 2200 - 0600 every now and then. I pass the time either drinking or writing assignments. Having the internet and foxsports helps a lot too. Sleep wise, when you get home pop some ZMA stacked with valerium, or with GABA apparently works well too. I bring a bouncy ball ala Rocky also, these can be fun.
