Dude, relax. You don't have to be so disrepectful. I DO know what I'm talking about. I'm not praising the kettlebell as a "magic bullet" for training; I do a lot of CF-esque training, and a good portion of it calls for kettlebells. I plan on using one to supplement my training, not replace it.
KB complexes, TGUs, snatches, swings, etc...I plan on incorporating a lot of it.
