I know that running cannot be substituted, and lifting is important for me. I started doing yoga recently and it is really great and helps me with flexibility, breathing etc. plus I can do it with my girlfriend. Swimming is cool, and probably has similar benefits to yoga... there just isn't enough time in a week.
