Right is getting closer again, should get it next week I'd think. Left hand is stalling a bet its kinda lame. Maybe it is not recovering enough, ice maybe. Or take a week or two off the left hand perhaps. Though it still gets worked in the gym, so dunno.

the weights fell and just missed my foot, thankfully.
Here is what it looked like before it broke, ideas for what I can put on the pipe so it doesnt slip when hands are sweaty? or ideas in general?
