my b-day is 21st of Sep, so here's hoping haha. It was one of my goals to get it closed by the end of the year.

Anyway

Friday 29th August

Squat

Warmup on bicycle 5 mins

Yay, I am at bodyweight.

SOHP

Warmup with some shoulder dislocations (may have done too many...)

2nd Attempt at 52.5kg

3*52.5kg
2*52.5kg

(last SOHP session was 5/4/5/4/4, this session 5/4/4/3/2)

Don't know what went wrong here. I do feel physically weak/sick today. Was coughing out flem between sets so not a good indication of health. My knee is also a bit infected, gotta go to the doctor today and get some anti-biotics hopefully. *sigh* Hopefully next week's SOHP session will be better.

Deadlift

Pullups (felt shit by now)
