I've kept it up. I was in training for the QLD State BJJ titles before I did my knee in and put on about 5-10kg. So i was always running and my training grip. Kept the grip up after I did my knee as all I could do was really that and upperbody stuff for a few months till I got confirmed that I needed knee surgery. Lots of fun eh.
I want to close the CoC2 once before my birthday next month :S
