just worked on speed and form, my bench form isnt that great I am trying to figure out how far my arms need to be apart for the right drive.
Barbell Row

felt good, don't see myself stalling on these for a while. Enjoyable lift.
DIPS
5*5*22.5kg
Felt good, shoulder felt a bit dicky on one set (I've thrown it out 3 or so times and never rehabbed it completely)
done for now, study and then groceries. Will do some grip training in the evening.
