Felt good, my back felt a bit sore on a few of them though maybe my form needs work, will take a video sometime this week and get oppinions. didnt have time today had to get home to study for exam tonight.

Felt really good. Maybe coulda gone heavier, will stick with the standard loading progression though.
Chins
1*(2)+8 (I went down on the second rep, and banged my knee on the fire alarm and cut it a bit. Fucking thing, proceeded to take a min then got 8 more reps. Total of 10.
