Felt good, my back felt a bit sore on a few of them though maybe my form needs work, will take a video sometime this week and get oppinions. didnt have time today had to get home to study for exam tonight.

was annoyed I didn't get the second set. Hopefully will nail right through these on Friday.

Deadlift

Felt really good. Maybe coulda gone heavier, will stick with the standard loading progression though.

Chins

1*(2)+8 (I went down on the second rep, and banged my knee on the fire alarm and cut it a bit. Fucking thing, proceeded to take a min then got 8 more reps. Total of 10.

All done for today, off to study for japanese tests. so not exciting.
