Warmup with homo weak gripper x 20-30 reps.
CoC1.5 (left hand)
2*3 attempts
3*3 hose clamp shuts. working on the crush now, getting too close it's annoying me on the attempts.
Coc2 (right hand)
5*3 attempts. getting close again with the right but fatiguing towards the last 2 sets. Will keep doing attempts for a while.
Cooldowns on both hands
3*10-15 inverted closes on the Trainer.

Weird, today my foreward roll is alot weaker than last week. Last week I pretty much got 1*2*18.5kg on each set forward. Today it is shit. And my backwards is much better this week than last. Who knows. Maybe those deads hit me hard this week.
