Bench (Deload #1)

I think the outline is I do 3 days of the deload at 60kg, then progressively load on from there. My bench has been progressively getting worse, stalling at 72.5kg, so it was time to do a deload.

Strange though Stronglifts.com recommends deloading 10% of whatever you failed 5x5 at, but in his example doesn't use 10%.... who knows. I'll see how it goes.

Barbell Rows

5*5*77.5kg

woo. Good form on these today, was a little shit on Mondays session.

Dips (3rd attempt at 20kg)

5*5*20kg

woo, was glad to get these out. I think I only got them because my bench was really light today though. HmmMmm?

thats all for today. now study for mid-semester exams. really, not fucking exciting.
