ta buddy. yeah I saw his raw stats and found that a bit weird too. But to each his own I guess. See how this program goes, just looking for something to kick my muscles back into gear. I've lost alot on my lifts and it suxxors but that is what injury and surgery will do to you.

I still notice I get alot more soreness in my left leg (I had right knee surgery) after squats sessions. I think I am naturally favouring my right knee as it is weaker. I think I will have to mentally engage the muscles in my right leg when I go parallel on my squats as to get it going.
