Obviously the second 100 is faster. But name me one other person who has managed to run a 200 averaging less per 100M than Bolt ran the 100. I was giving his speed per 100 to put it in perspective. Notice how I mentioned the spilts for his first and second halves of the race. I thought it would be obvious I knew why he managed a 9.2 in the second. I didn't mention how that 9.2 was faster than anyone has ran the 100 from a dead start.
