Kangaroo Boxing - 「Foz' Strength and Power Log」

This log is 6 months+ old now. It at first details my struggles getting back into weights after knee surgery, then I tore my elbow ACL and was dealing with that. I am now on 5/3/1 and my current stats are below with new routine as of March 28th 2009.

Left Hand: CoC #1.5 full close
Right Hand: CoC #2 full close

1*230kg / 505lbs (November 23rd 2009)
