Ya I started this one. That's why. COme on or are most of you really that ignorant?

I commented on Rippetoes and DeFrancos templates. That's it.

I can't help if other people start anything. It just makes me look a the persons logs and chuckle.

I come here for the education, others come well, because they don't have anything better to do. Toodles.

For the most part though, people don't accept that others know more than they do, IE nutrition. That's life.
