Yeah, I've noticed some pro fighters wearing bnbs in several of the smaller orgs. It's a much more common sight there. Not every pro fighter can afford customs right off the bat afterall, without sponsorship that is. At the top level however, the only reason I see to wear a bnb is if the fighter really REALLY prefers a double mouthguard, and custom doubles usually cost a lot more. Or maybe they lost their custom or it got damaged and needed replacing and had to make do with a backup bnb.
