Are you talking about Genki Sudo VS Craig Oxley at Pancrase - Trans 6? Cuz it is the only time I remember seen something like what you cite, and it is on manu higlights just cuz Sudo spins Oxley around. It ended in a heel hook, not a KO, if this is the fight you're talkinf about
