Your chest comes out when you straighten your back, but your lats are what push your arms out.
Which are not as developed as your arms. Alot of people do what you do. By now it will be second nature to you and you won't even notice.
The way to stop it is keep your back straight and just relax your shoulders. They'll sink down to the correct area.
Of course you could always have some f'ed up shoulder structure that makes your arms sit out, but that isn't likely.
