Ugh.

the only type of hepatits that is chronic and stays with you for the rest of your life is hep c, but that's ONLY if it's chronic.

Most other types of hepatits (all 53 or so of thetm) clear up within 6 months through usages of anti-biotics.

unless he has chronic hepatits he will be fighting again in a year.
