The fact of the matter is that, Cholesterol is a product that ONLY comes from meat..Other than what we already produce in our bodies naturally. THE ONLY SOURCE.


Ummm what does that have to do with my diet or rice and beans?

High cholesterol is the #1 or #2 cause of death in America from disease today.

Knowing this alone should be enough to realize that meat is not healthy for you if it is the #1 or #2 cause of death in the world. This mainly revolves around the standard american diet. We have such high saturated fat / cholesterol intake that it leads to various types of major disease due to very high cholesterol count.

HAVE YOU NOT MADE THE LINK BETWEEN MEAT AND CHOLESTEROL YET OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING?
