It wouldn't explain it. I told you what happened. I don't post my exact diets as that is how I make money. It was done correctly, again you have not trained at that level to judge that matter.

I answer what I want to answer. I ate organic foods, non gmo, fruits, veggies, olives of all types, avocados, nuts etc.
What did your diet consist of? Let's get down to some serious detail.
I already told you, and just like my clients, you will never see my exact diet, even if it was right now. My minor is nutrition and have been training people for over a decade, it was done correctly
Does that sound like a difficult question for somebody that claims to train people? I thought that diet was a very important factor in that??

I don't buy at all that anybody who has a healthy balanced diet like this could ever be diluted of energy..In fact I've never seen it. I've only seen very healthy strong, fit people with strong immune systems.
Cory, have you ever been to a olympic workout? A olympic tryout? have you deadlifted 600x6 and gone out and done metcon after etc? As I said you have never trained even CLOSE to that level, so how would you know?
One problem is that there isn't enough "vegans" that are actually eating a diet like this, Majority of them are just unsure of what to eat half the time.
