Because you have been on it two weeks, I already explained that. Again what level of athlete are you?
That is why you don't train people
No it doesn't and I posted a direct study and profile to show that meat has made some profiles improve, again reading what you want to read.
I have, as I said I am talking from a performance perspective. When you can work out at the same level as me and stay vegan come chat with me.

"this is why you don't train people" Not many people want to train, I actually want to fight.
Besides that, I asked you a question as to what you ate when you were a vegan If in fact you were one. This would explain why you were so diluted of energy.
If you can't even answer a question that would solve this argument, you have no right to attack my beliefs dude. It just means you look dumb. Just answer the question, it's a simple one.
What did your diet consist of? Let's get down to some serious detail.
Does that sound like a difficult question for somebody that claims to train people? I thought that diet was a very important factor in that??
I don't buy at all that anybody who has a healthy balanced diet like this could ever be diluted of energy..In fact I've never seen it. I've only seen very healthy strong, fit people with strong immune systems.
One problem is that there isn't enough "vegans" that are actually eating a diet like this, Majority of them are just unsure of what to eat half the time.

We all like meat, Cory is a exception.
Lots of things can be prepared easily.

I like meat too..But that's not the reason I switched my diet. Animal rights is not why I switched my diet. Religion certainly has nothing to do with why I switched my diet.
It was for health reasons. It's a known fact that cholesterol is only present in meat based products.
Cholesterol being the #1 or #2 cause of illness in America, It can therefore be associated with disease. Maintaining a low count of cholesterol usually indicates a strong immune system. Here's what I'm going to do.
I'm going to go to the doctor, and check my cholesterol. I can scan the information that is given to me from the doctor, and send it to vedic.
1 month later, I will show him the result from my second cholesterol check.
This way he will be able to see the significant difference in cholesterol that is achieved from cutting all sources of other cholesterol out of your diet. In which case that would be meat.
There is enough cholesterol produced by our bodies naturally, and we don't actually need it from outside sources. Remember that meat is the only source of cholesterol on the planet, But that we are also animals ourselves and naturally produce it as well.
