It's not the only way, as I said, what level of training are you at or have you attained?
I was in relatively good shape before, when i was eating meat. I could still do 3 x 5's. Or 5 x 3's
in boxing. The only thing Is that I would be a little tired in the later rounds. But recently I've been feeling like amazing since I changed my diet. My cardio has been amazing, and I've felt like I can just keep on going. I've had a pretty big boost in energy, and lost about 4 pounds. Which is actually a lot of weight, I was in pretty good shape already. The diet just completely changed everything about me, mentally..physically. Like i said, I was just as skeptical as you..but my friend urged me to try not eating meat for a month and see how you feel. It's basically the only way you can look at the facts and actually understand them because You've experienced it yourself.

I only eat Non Genetically modified organic produce..No chemicals / pesticides/ or any of that..only natural substances used to grow it. All natural materials that we usually throw out, Potato skins / banana peels / any type of organic material..we throw it into the composter. Use it every phew days. or even weeks. All the food I don't grow myself comes from an organic farm out in Delta BC vancouver. So basically all the food I consume is natural and whole food. I was told that i don't need vitamin b12 because After a long period of eating meat, it builds up in your blood stream. It will be quite some time before I will actually need it.

If your diet consists of food like this..various types of fruits / vegetables / nuts / seeds are also a good source of complete protein..the same kind that comes from meat.

Like i said, I was already relatively healthy before when i ate meat.

I do have to add legumes / beans / dark leafy greens to my diet as well.

If your food consists of a diet like this, there isn't much chance that you aren't getting adequate nutrition / complete protein / and vitamin b12.

My assumption is that you think all vegetables and fruits are created equally. There's a pretty big difference in the nutritional quality between Non gmo and GMO produce. Organic produce uses no chemicals or pesticides at all. However GMO practices use Massive amounts of toxic chemicals and pesticides for fertilization and bugs. The problem is that these are some seriously toxic chemicals they are spraying on it, Most of which we are ingesting into our body every single day if we buy vegetables from the supermarket. But theres more, These highly dangerous and toxic chemicals are sprayed onto the soil for many seasons, year after year after year of This use..have caused dilution of the nutrients present in the soil. Don't forget that Nutrition in vegetables comes from the soil that it's grown in. This is why vegetables and fruits in the supermarket are frequently lacking in the amount of nutrients present in comparison to their organic cousin.

We are meant to consume unmodified whole foods, Not modified foods. That is the only way we will assure our health and well being.

Like i said, What type of food did you eat? Lets get down to specifics here..you're a personal trainer, you need to answer the question.

Read a book called the empty harvest, there is an E-book of it on google.
