100-150 gram Spinach, 3-4 eggs, 1 sliced tomato, 2 slices of serrano ham together in a pan and fried with a bit oil (tomatos right before serving, otherwise their are mashed). There you go. I don't mind 2 slices of whole grain bread with it. But this means more carb.
